Shipping

Having a wide range of products of varying sizes and weights, I use a variety of couriers to send them. Keep in mind that the majority of my products are made to order and so require time for production especially custom and very large orders.

Large letter sized items have a production time of 2-4 days and are sent via Royal Mail second class with 2-5 day delivery window for the United Kingdom and 3-8 days for the rest of the world. This can be upgraded to first class and tracked options on request.

Small, Medium and Large Parcel sized purchases have a production time usually of 2-8 days depending on volume of orders and will be sent tracked via Royal Mail, Evri or other courier depending on the country it is travelling to. Shipping times are usually 2-5 days UK and 3-8 days for International.

Extra Large Parcels will be shipped via the best courier for each country. Custom, large volume orders, extra large or over sized original framed or unframed art will be shipped by specialist couriers and quoted seperately. Contact me with your enquiries.

Please note that I pack each order extremely well and have had many compliments for this. I have now shipped Meikie Designs tiles, splashbacks, and enormous paintings all over the world, with remarkably few breakages.

Your purchases will be sent to the address given by you in your order, (please make sure it's the correct one as parcels sent to the "wrong" address are non-refundable).

Royal Mail Second Class and similar couriers aim to get your parcel to you in 3-5 business days (including Saturdays). Obviously Christmas, Easter and bank holidays are a bit more of a lottery! If I know there's a problem or a delay, I will contact you via email to let you know.

International shipping:

Please bear in mind that overseas orders can be subject to unexpected and sometimes very lengthy delays that are outside of my control (eg hold ups in customs).

If you are concerned about local taxes and import duties that your parcel might attract, please check with your local tax / import duty authorities before you order.

I know nothing about the tax and import arrangements in your particular area, and I am not responsible for them.

No refunds will be issued if your parcel is returned to me as a result of you choosing not to pay legitimate import duties.
