The Hand Crafted Arts Fair brings together an amazing group of Sussex Artists and Craftspeople in the beautiful High Hurstwood Hall, Chillies Lane, High Hurstwood  TN22 4AD......so local to me it's less than ten minutes from my home! This was an interesting one and such fun to liven up this garden dining set. Usually I am asked to just do the seat pads, but on this occasion for extra comfort instead of  just some cushions the customer (the lovely Jo in Putney) requested tailor made back rests as well. To make my life easier I borrowed one of the four chairs so that I could refine the seat pads and back rests to fit perfectly, pattern, foam size and thickness, tie positions and so on. So I thought it would be a good idea to show you the process involved in ordering a bespoke splashback, glass wall or door glass for your home or business....... 1. Simply contact me with your initial idea. General size and shape, including how many socket points and other shapes that may need to be cut from the glass. Photo's of the area are very useful here as well. A straight on picture is best to give me the better idea size and shape for designing. 2. I may be able to give you a rough quote at this stage...

hey ho Happy New Year to all my lovely customers and friends and customers that have become friends.... a little belated due to the Flu but meant sincerely all the same. Thank you for making last year so wonderfully interesting, with lots of bespoke paintings in beautiful colours, Cushions and lampshades to perfectly match your decor, great interior projects like full wall splashbacks, exterior bench seat pads and cushions in showerproof fabrics and so much more. I had a massively busy time with orders before Christmas which was great fun, exciting, exhausting and a touch stressful at the same time....

So as I'm working on getting all the orders from the Blenheim and Wisley Christmas Shows out, I thought about how lovely it is that the Xmas purchases were tailored perfectly for the recipient. Many of my customers who know my products well, came to buy Dragons for a friend who loves Fantasy Novels and Game of Thrones, including prints, cushions, mugs, coasters and greetings cards. I also have them as Table Mats.Of course there are other wildlife options......like Lions and Tigers and Bears! Or They chose Table Mats for a sister who commented on how lovely the set was...
