So recently I've been working on a bespoke pair of 'Arm chair back rest detailing' Made to jazz up these plain coloured chairs and to pull the same design/colours that are in the curtains through the room.
I chose a section of the design in my original silk painting, sized the design for the chair backs, mirror imaged the design for the other chair and the back to add interest and to show that they are all bespoke. Printed onto that sumptuous velvet which works so well with the chunky chord of the chairs.
The detailing is tucked snugly in at the front and stretched taught down the back and attached with velcro underneath making these both removable and washable.
